RACES
Humans - We all know what humans are.
Aloja - Aloja are feminine beings that live in places with fresh water. These "water-women" can turn into water blackbirds.According to legend, women are not immortal, but can live for thousands of years and retain their youth. They are said to appear as small and innocent women, with a high self-esteem and very proud of their beauty. They are good women and try to bring wealth and well-being to the areas they live in. According to myth, water-women are nocturnal; have shimmering gold or red hair, and emerald or deep blue eyes; wear fine, rich clothes; and enjoy viewing their reflections in lakes on full-moon nights. Some of them are said to have beautiful wings of various colors. Many are said to carry magic wands carved from hazel.
Dryad - The dryads are female spirits of nature, who preside over the groves and forests. Each one is born with a certain tree over which she watches. A dryad either lives in a tree, in which case she is called a hamadryad, or close to it. The lives of the dryads are connected with that of the trees; should the tree perish, then she dies with it. If this is caused by a mortal, the gods will punish him for that deed. The dryads themselves will also punish any thoughtless mortal who would somehow injure the trees.
Nymph - a minor female nature deity typically associated with a particular location or landform. There are 5 different types of nymphs, Celestial Nymphs, Water Nymphs, Land Nymphs, Plant Nymphs and Underworld Nymphs. Different from goddesses, nymphs are generally regarded as divine spirits who animate nature, and are usually depicted as beautiful, young maidens who love to dance and sing. They are believed to dwell in mountains and groves, by springs and rivers, and also in trees and in valleys and cool grottoes. Although they would never die of old age nor illness, and could give birth to fully immortal children if mated to a god, they themselves were not necessarily immortal, and could be beholden to death in various forms.
Wood Elf - Wood Elves are similar to Dark Elves they are a slender noble race with pale skin and often pointed ears. Wood elves live deep with the forests and are guardians of the natural world. Wood elves work with the forest they try not to damage the forest like other races do. Wood elves are extremely agile, there main method of attack is the bow, but they will use hand-to-hand fighting. Wood elves like to use stealth as there are fewer of them compared to the Dark Elves. Wood Elves prefer not to wear armour this allows them to move more rapidly through forests though they tend to wear fabrics in greens and browns to match in with their surroundings, this helps them to move around unnoticed.
Dark Elf - The dark elves hated the sun so they lived in the murky underground. The dark elves were hideous and could be a great nuisance to the humans many described them as being extremely annoying. The dark elves were nothing but trouble. Many believed that dark elves were also responsible for the nightmares. These dark elves were called mare. A mare would sit on a sleeping person’s chest and whisper bad dreams to haunt the person. A mare could also haunt animals, especially horses. The dark elves could not be exposed to sunlight, if the sun’s rays reached them they would immediately turn into stones.
